When can I expect to receive my Pearl Luxe order?

Our product is handmade in NZ but we aim to process and dispatch all orders within 5 business days. If for any reason there is a holdup,you will be notified.

Standard shipping within New Zealand typically takes 2-3 working days. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

What is your refund policy?

We accept returns for faulty products within 7 days of purchase. Please contact us at rustique-luxe@xtra.co.nz with your order number and a description of the fault. Please note, our policy covers manufacturing defects; it does not cover damage caused by misuse or improper care.
